Job summary

The iServ Group, franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, seeks an Experienced, Full Serve Restaurant Manager in Sanford, FL. You will lead both FOH and BOH, drive guest satisfaction, and manage staffing, training, and financials in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven FULL-SERVE restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor staff and managers.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including busy events.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations to exceed guest expectations.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly team members and managers.
• Ensure proper staffing levels while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Monitor cash controls, inventory, and vendor communications.
• Report store performance to directors and upper management.
