Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Director of Membership to own one campus's admissions end-to-end. You will manage the entire family journey from inquiry to first day, engaging 20+ active families across stages and delivering personalized, in-person conversations. You will use AI tools for prep and maintain accurate CRM/SIS records.

You will live in one market, work on-site daily, and bring experience from admissions or enrollment management for high-net-worth families. Compensation reflects seniority.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where the buyer spent $25,000+ per client or $2,000+ per month
• Owned a client, admissions, or enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships at once in a CRM or similar system
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow
• Communicated concisely and professionally with executives or high-net-worth clients
• Led polished in-person tours, presentations, or hosted experiences for affluent families
• Built multi-touch relationships over 30+ days to nurture potential enrollments
• Owned a measurable enrollment, revenue, or high-value customer-acquisition target

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding
• Maintain 20+ active families at various stages with timely communications
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days for families
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions directly
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up-to-date and summarize pipeline health for leadership weekly
