AAA Northeast is seeking a Battery Service Technician in Milford, CT to support the battery program and deliver world-class roadside assistance for AAA members. You will test and replace batteries, perform diagnostic checks, and promote AAA products while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

The role includes on-call and shift differentials, with a base pay range of $21.50–$24.20 per hour and potential bonuses.

Competenze

• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT card pre-hire.
• Automotive electrical troubleshooting familiarity preferred.

Mansioni

• Respond to member requests for roadside service with ETA.
• Provide battery testing, diagnosis, and servicing on-site.
• Assist with battery installs and safe vehicle operation.
• Document service activity and maintain vehicle readiness and safety checks.
