Qualifications

• Enrolled as full‑time student in engineering program.
• GPA 3.2 or higher.
• Able to work on manufacturing floor and in office setting.
• Engineering skills: process development, troubleshooting, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Join CPE team to support battery production and improve processes.
• Devise manufacturing process improvements for mass production.
• Define and modify cell specifications.
• Introduce new materials and cell technologies to production.
• Analyze failure modes and life expectancy of cell products.
