Reece USA is seeking a Showroom Consultant for its Bath + Kitchen division to drive sales and margins while delivering exceptional end-to-end customer experiences. You will build relationships with designers, small builders, and remodelers and actively promote a full range of appliances and related products.

The role emphasizes meeting targets, maintaining strong product knowledge, and providing solutions that align with market trends and customer needs in a showroom setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with designers, builders and remodelers.
• Experience with appliances and high-end products; ability to articulate value and close sales.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets by delivering remarkable service and following the sales process from qualification to post-sale.
• Grow the customer base within company targets and develop relationships with key accounts.
• Prepare accurate quotes, manage orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
