Job summary

Reece USA is seeking a Bath + Kitchen Showroom Sales Support to leverage technical knowledge and exceptional customer service to create lifelong customers in the Austin showroom. You will drive sales and margins across appliance, plumbing, and outdoor categories while building relationships with designers, builders, and remodelers in the Bath Kitchen ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in home furnishings or home improvement or complex sales cycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by delivering remarkable service and following the sales process: qualify, quote, overcome obstacles, close the sale and follow up post-sale.
• Qualify customers to understand their business needs and apply pricing rate cards to achieve gross product targets.
• Grow the customer base within company targets and maintain Average Monthly Active Accounts.
• Monitor sales trends and product performance, analyze data, and develop plans to engage new customers.
• Promote all showroom categories, including appliances, plumbing, and outdoor grilling.
• Provide solutions and design-based recommendations based on customer needs and market trends.
• Build relationships with designers, builders, and remodelers and understand their business models.
