Reece USA is seeking a Bath + Kitchen Showroom Consultant to deliver exceptional sales and service in our San Antonio showroom. You will drive sales and margins across display categories while building lasting relationships with designers, small builders, and high-end remodelers as part of the Bath & Kitchen ecosystem.

You’ll bring passion for sales, strong product knowledge of appliances, and the ability to develop a portfolio of designer and builder accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust.
• Delivery of agreed promises and co-creation of future growth opportunities.
• Technical knowledge of appliances.
• Experience building a portfolio of business with designers, smaller custom builders, and remodelers.

• Achieve sales targets by delivering remarkable service and following the sales process.
• Prepare quotes and specifications within 1 business day of meeting the customer.
• Convert quotes to orders and manage sales orders per SOP.
• Develop relationships with designers, small builders, and remodelers.
• Attend showroom functions, CEUs, and events to acquire leads.
