Reece USA is seeking a Showroom Consultant in Dallas to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences within the Bath & Kitchen ecosystem. You will develop relationships with designers, custom builders, and high-end remodelers, and quote, close, and follow up on orders with speed and accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in sales for home-related products, with experience in premium offerings and strong Excel/Outlook skills for quoting and

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in sales with demonstrated success.
• Experience in home furnishings or home improvement or complex sales cycle.
• Experience with higher-end products/services.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by delivering remarkable service and following the sales process.
• Grow customer base within company targets.
• Prepare error-free quotes and spec/picture books within 1 business day.
• Convert quote to order and follow SOPs for sales orders.
• Attend showroom functions, CEUs, and events to acquire leads.
