Job summary

Reece USA is seeking a Bath & Kitchen Showroom Consultant to drive sales and margins across our display categories. You will deliver end-to-end customer experiences, build relationships with designers, custom builders, and high-end remodelers, and manage quotes and product literature with precision.

You will leverage your technical knowledge of appliances and a strong customer-service orientation to create lifelong customers while meeting monthly targets within a dynamic showroom environment in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and proven success in sales.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in home furnishings or complex sales.
• Experience with high-end products/services.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by delivering remarkable service and following the sales process.
• Qualify customers, provide quotes, overcome obstacles, close sales, and follow up post-sale.
• Grow the customer base within company targets and analyze trends.
• Develop relationships with designers, builders, and remodelers.
• Prepare accurate quotes and product literature within 1 business day.
• Maintain effective communication and timely follow-up with customers.
