Reece USA in Austin, TX is seeking a Showroom Consultant to drive sales and margins within the Bath & Kitchen division. You will build relationships with designers and high-end remodelers, deliver end-to-end customer experiences, and consistently meet quarterly targets.

You will bring a passion for sales, strong customer service, and knowledge of appliances. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in sales are preferred, with a focus on premium products and complex sales cycles.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in sales with demonstrated success.
• Experience in home furnishings or complex sales cycle.
• Experience with higher-end products/services.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets by delivering remarkable service and following the sales process.
• Grow customer base and maintain monthly active accounts.
• Prepare error-free quotes and books within 1 business day of meetings.
• Convert quotes to orders while following standard operating procedures.
• Attend showroom functions, CEUs, and events to acquire leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with designers and high-end remodelers.
