Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking an experienced warehouse/production associate to support batching and blending operations in a fast-paced facility. The role requires forklift operation, adherence to GMP/HACCP standards, and strict attention to quality control.

You will verify ingredients against SAP data, assist with sanitation, and ensure accurate documentation. The environment includes safety procedures and constant coordination with QA and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• High School certification required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene preferred.
• Able to routinely lift 50 lbs.
• Fluent in English; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear PPE.
• Maintain sanitation and cleaning; CIP/COP as scheduled.
• Operate and train on batching/blending equipment as assigned.
• Transport ingredients by forklift and verify against SAP and QA parameters.
• Record batching data and communicate adjustments to QA/Blending.
• Ensure product quality aligns with specifications and customer requirements.
