Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Batching Blending Supervisor to oversee batch preparation and processing in a high-speed beverage production facility. The role ensures materials are used properly, batches align with the production schedule, and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in manufacturing, familiarity with SAP, Excel, and GMPs, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining safety and efficiency. Weekend and shift flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret measurements.
• Background in processing batches.
• Understanding of quality improvement and waste reduction.
• Experience with SAP and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute batching and processing per the schedule and SOPs.
• Lead and direct work of team members in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Release batches to lines and assist with startup as needed.
• Maintain and review batch documentation and records.
