Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. seeks a warehouse operator to support production with strict GMP and food safety adherence. You will monitor ingredients, verify receipts in SAP, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced plant.

The role requires standing, lifting, and occasional overtime; forklift certification is preferred. We offer competitive benefits including health savings, life/AD&D, and a 401(k) with company match. Weekday shifts with potential evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a mixing/processing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety concepts recommended.
• Ability to follow recipes and formulas accurately.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Initiate and record actions to support the Food Safety Management System.
• Assist in scheduling product staging and batching.
• Maintain inventory control and perform cycle counts.
• Enter ingredient receipts into SAP.
• Ensure FIFO and ingredient integrity throughout production.
