Job summary

Refresco Group in Indiana is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing/Warehouse Operator to join our fast-paced beverage production team. You will work on batching, blending, and material handling while following GMP, HACCP, and FDA guidelines to ensure product quality and safety.

The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong attention to detail. You will use SAP to verify ingredients, conduct quality checks, and log data, contributing to on-time deliveries

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in beverage production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and safety PPE policies in warehouse/production areas.
• Ensure product quality and integrity against specs for customer satisfaction.
• Transport and pre-weigh ingredients by forklift to required areas.
• Verify ingredients against SAP, food safety, and inventory controls.
• Complete batching/blending documentation and forward to QA.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP of lines and equipment.
• Report non-compliance and safety issues to management.
