Job summary

Refresco is seeking a warehouse/production associate for its Indiana facility. The role involves following GMPs, maintaining product quality, handling ingredients with a forklift, and recording accurate batching data.

You will work in a fast-paced beverage production environment and support sanitation and safety programs. Applicants should have a High School Diploma and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with good English communication and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work under pressure.
• Effective communication in English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, health and safety policies, and wear PPE.
• Ensure quality and integrity of product runs to specs.
• Transport ingredients via forklift and pre-weigh as needed.
• Record batching data accurately and follow batching sheets.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP activities on lines.
• Report any non-compliance or safety issues to management.
