Job summary

Refresco is seeking a warehouse/production operator for its New York facility. You will support high-speed beverage batching and blending, follow GMP/HACCP and FDA guidelines, and use SAP for ingredient verification. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining safety with PPE.

Strong communication and math skills are essential. This position involves shift variability including overtime, and offers a hands-on environment in a fast-paced plant with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Certification required.
• 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a hot/cold production area.
• Strong math skills and ability to read measurements.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Familiarity with SAP and quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and safety policies in warehouse/production areas.
• Ensure product quality and batch integrity per specs.
• Transport ingredients by forklift and pre-weigh as needed.
• Operate batching/blending equipment and record amounts accurately.
• Complete documentation for batching operations and assist QA.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP on lines and equipment.
