Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Blending Technician for a fast-paced beverage manufacturing client in Greendale, IN. You will support the Production/Blending area, ensuring batches meet specifications and quality procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include preparing blends, handling ingredients, forklift moves, and complying with GMP, HACCP, and safety policies. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, experience in high-speed beverage production, and ability to use SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE.
• Support FDA/HACCP/GMP/Hygiene compliance and quality policies.
• Transport materials by forklift and pre-weigh as per SAP/inventory control.
• Prepare blended product for bottling following batching sheets.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP of lines, tanks, and equipment.
