Our client, a fast-paced beverage manufacturing organization, is seeking a Blending Technician to join their team. As a Blending Technician, you will be part of the Production/Blending area supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow quality procedures consistently—helping ensure every batch meets specifications and keeps production running smoothly.

Shift: Mon-Fri2-1030pm
What's the Job?
- Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and wear required PPE while working in warehouse or production areas.
- Support food quality and food safety requirements by complying with FDA, state/city regulations, Refresco quality policies, GMPs, HACCP, Allergen, Kosher, and other applicable standards.
- Handle ingredients by transporting required materials and pre-weighing by forklift to and from designated areas, following SAP and inventory control parameters.
- Prepare blended product for bottling by following batching/blending sheets, adding the correct ingredients, recording amounts accurately, and supplying the production line in a timely manner.
- Maintain sanitation and cleaning of batching/blending areas, including scheduled CIP/COP sanitation of lines, tanks, and equipment; remove empty barrels/bins to designated storage areas or trailers.
What's Needed?
- Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
- Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, and Hygiene preferred.
- Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs and perform duties in a high-stress/pressure environment.
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements and formulas, plus solid comprehension of production schedules and laboratory testing.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written in English) and attention to detail; ability to obtain/sustain forklift certification.
