Job summary

Refresco is hiring a Batching Blending Technician for the night shift in Joplin, MO. You will adhere to GMPs, HACCP, and FDA requirements while operating batching and blending lines to produce beverages for major brands. The role includes maintaining sanitation, documenting batch parameters, and ensuring ingredient quality per SAP and QA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE while in warehouse or production areas.
• Comply with FDA, state/city regulations, Refresco quality policies, GMPs, HACCP and allergen controls.
• Train and be certified on batching/blending equipment in area of responsibility.
• Ensure product quality and integrity by following specifications and recording accurate batch data.
• Transport ingredients and pre-weighs by forklift to required areas and unload bulk concentrates as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP cleaning of batching/blending lines and equipment.
