Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Sales Representative to grow service, repair, and upgrade business with commercial customers. You’ll build on an established customer base, leveraging existing relationships while identifying new opportunities and guiding clients toward practical, cost-effective solutions.

You’ll work closely with technical and service teams to manage accounts from consultation through delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BAS, building automation, or energy services.
• Strong HVAC controls and building systems knowledge.
• Experience with commercial building construction, operations, or maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales of building automation, client services, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Develop customer relationships with facility, property, and executive stakeholders.
• Assess building systems and energy use to recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Lead account reviews, prepare pricing and proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
• Coordinate with service and project teams to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain forecasts, activity reports, budgets, quotes, and a healthy sales pipeline.
