Job summary

Haynes Mechanical Systems is seeking a seasoned BAS Project Sales professional to drive growth across commercial HVAC and building automation services in the Denver area. This role focuses on expanding the Client Services base, managing pricing for repairs and upgrades, and building trusted relationships with facility managers, engineers, and executives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in building automation or energy services and a solid HVAC background, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Building Automation, Building Commissioning, or Energy Services.
• Significant HVAC component, systems, and controls knowledge.
• Experience with commercial building construction, operations, or maintenance.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic energy services field.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive and sustain business on Haynes Client Services product offerings and associated repairs or upgrades.
• Develop and qualify prospects, set appointments, and follow up on leads and referrals.
• Understand building automation systems and energy-saving strategies to explain value to clients.
• Build relationships with multiple buying influences and manage pricing discussions and contracts.
