Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in the commercial BAS sector within construction.
• Proven outside sales, account and territory management success.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and services.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Leverage BAS knowledge to promote projects and meet sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in an assigned territory.
• Monitor market and competitors; adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Close deals using strong negotiation and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Prepare clear proposals/quotations for customers.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and departments.
• Continuously update product and market knowledge through learning.
