Job summary

Kodiak Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Building Automation Service Sales Representative with a BAS/DDC or HVAC automation background. The role targets former controls technicians or project managers who want higher earnings and field-to-front-office impact.

Identify customer needs, perform BAS/HVAC assessments, and craft service agreements and retrofit solutions. Build proposals, manage opportunities end-to-end, and grow existing relationships with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in BAS/HVAC controls or automation.
• Former BAS/DDC technician preferred.
• Ability to develop estimates and proposals.

We're seeking a Building Automation Service Sales Representative with a background in BAS/DDC systems, controls, or HVAC automation.

This role is ideal for a former Controls Technician, BAS Technician, or Project Manager who wants to leverage their technical expertise while increasing earning potential.
