Job summary

Alterra is seeking a seasonal hospitality worker at Snowshoe, WV. Work will involve serving guests across diverse dining outlets, prepping and garnishing beverages, and handling payments with attention to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish drinks according to recipes and portion control standards.
• Serve beverages to guests and check IDs to comply with laws and regulations.
• Process payments using the POS system, handle cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers.
• Stock and maintain the bar with necessary supplies, including beverages, paper products, and glassware.
• Manage and store perishable items to ensure product quality.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests.
• Perform mental math for accurate billing.
