Snowshoe Mountain is hiring for a seasonal bar position in Snowshoe, West Virginia. The role offers $5 per hour plus tips and on-mountain housing may be available.

Start date is late November to early December with potential seasonal assignments throughout the winter season. Responsibilities include preparing and garnishing drinks, serving guests, processing payments via POS, stocking supplies, and ensuring responsible service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of work at a full service bar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish drinks according to recipes and portion control standards.
• Serve beverages to guests and check IDs to comply with laws and regulations.
• Process payments using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers.
• Stock and maintain the bar with necessary supplies, including beverages, paper products, and glassware.
• Manage and store perishable items to ensure product quality.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests.
• Perform mental math for accurate billing.
