Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking a seasonal bartender for Snowshoe Mountain, WV. Position involves serving drinks, handling payments, and maintaining bar stock while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

On-mountain housing is available, and scheduling may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays through the season. Compensation is $5 per hour plus tips, with benefits described in the employee program.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-service bar operations preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Strong guest service and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish drinks according to recipes and portion controls.
• Serve beverages to guests and check IDs to comply with laws and regulations.
• Process payments using POS system and handle cash/credit cards.
• Stock and maintain bar supplies, including beverages and glassware.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests.
