Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking a seasonal bartender to mix and garnish drinks, serve guests, and handle payments at the on-mountain bar. The job requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of full-service bar experience.

Housing may be available, and the role includes strong tips and resort perks. You’ll work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a bustling dining environment with comprehensive employee discounts and pro deals from top brands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience at a full‑service bar preferred.
• Ability to prepare drinks according to recipes and control portions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish drinks according to recipes and portion control standards.
• Serve beverages to guests and check IDs to comply with laws.
• Process payments using the POS system and handle cash/credit/debit cards.
• Stock and maintain the bar with supplies including beverages and glassware.
• Manage perishable items and ensure product quality.
• Respond professionally to intoxicated guests and maintain safety.
• Perform quick mental math for accurate billing.
