Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain in Snowshoe, WV is seeking a seasonal bartender/server to prepare and garnish drinks, serve guests, and handle payments. This role offers on-site work with opportunities to earn tips in addition to hourly pay.

Applicants should be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and bring prior beverage service experience. Snowshoe provides employee perks and a fun mountain environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish drinks according to recipes and portion control standards.
• Serve beverages to guests and check IDs to comply with laws and regulations.
• Process payments using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers.
• Stock and maintain the bar with necessary supplies, including beverages, paper products, and glassware.
• Manage and store perishable items to ensure product quality.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests and maintain safety.
