Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking seasonal hospitality staff at Snowshoe Mountain in West Virginia. You will provide guest service, take orders, and deliver food and drinks while supporting team operations.

Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the end of November and beginning of December start window. The role offers on-mountain housing, tips, and perks such as medical benefits, free skiing, 401k, and dining/retail discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Preferred restaurant/food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by taking orders and delivering food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Recommend dining options by knowledge of the menu and specials.
• Assist team in keeping service stations stocked and clean.
• Verify guest age before serving alcohol when applicable.
• Balance bank and perform closeout reports at end of shift.
