Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is seeking a seasonal restaurant staff member to provide excellent guest service, take orders and deliver items promptly at Snowshoe, WV. The role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with on-site duties and employee meal and perk access.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by taking orders and delivering food and drinks promptly.
• Recommend dining options by being knowledgeable of the menu and specials.
• Assist team in keeping service stations stocked and clean.
• Provide information to guests by being knowledgeable of the resort.
• Verify guest are of legal age before serving alcohol by asking for identification.
• Balance bank and complete shift closeout reports to ensure proper revenue distribution.
