Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is hiring for seasonal hospitality roles at Snowshoe, WV. Start date at the end of November with positions available throughout the season.

Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks in a timely manner, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. Work location on Snowshoe Mountain, with on-mountain housing options and perks including medical benefits, free skiing, 401k eligibility, discounts on Ikon Passes, and employee dining savings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Restaurant/food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Recommend dining options by being knowledgeable of menu and special offerings.
• Assist team in keeping service stations stocked and clean.
• Verify guest are of legal age before serving alcohol by asking for identification.
• Ensures proper distribution of revenue by balancing bank and performing closeout reports at end of shift.
