Job summary

Reefhouse Resort & Marina is seeking staff to assist with banquet setup and teardown, arranging chairs, tables, stages, and equipment to prepare for guest events. You will help maintain a clean, professional banquet facility and provide excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities include setting up AV equipment, linens, centerpieces, and other supplies, plus post-event teardown and storage. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow detailed floor plans and instructions.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Ability to read and follow event instructions and floor plans.
• Attention to detail to ensure proper setup per specifications.
• Teamwork to collaborate with staff.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and arrange tables, chairs, stages, and other furniture.
• Set up and place audio-visual equipment, linens, centerpieces, and other supplies.
• Perform final cleaning of rooms, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces to prepare for guests.
• Assist with breakdown of events, including moving and storing equipment and furniture.
• Keep banquet areas, public spaces, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Work with event staff and servers to ensure the setup is complete and ready for service.
