Zusammenfassung

Safety Harbor Resort and Spa is seeking AM Banquet Setup personnel to support the Banquet Department. You will be responsible for the physical set-up, cleanliness, and maintenance of all banquet equipment and function rooms to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, mobility to walk the resort, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Prior banquet experience is helpful, and a team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Be able to climb ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, push and pull.
• Be able to walk entire length of resort.
• Be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Must be a team player.

Aufgaben

• Read banquet function sheets and follow instructions.
• Set up ballrooms for hotel events, lift and arrange tables and chairs.
• Familiarize with function rooms and possible set-ups.
• Keep function rooms and storage areas clean and neat.
• Dispose of waste materials properly during a function.
• Report any damage to equipment to banquet staff for repairs.
• Check electrical outlets and secure exposed cords, ensure lighting works.
• Maintain a record of attendance and communicate lateness or absence.
• Perform all duties assigned by managers and captains.
• Resort operates seven days a week, 24 hours; shifts may change.
