Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous banquet set up or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms according to banquet event orders to meet guest expectations.
• Transport heavy items and materials from storage to meeting rooms safely.
• Break down meeting rooms and return items to storage in an organized fashion.
• Maintain cleaning schedules so rooms and ballrooms remain presentable.
• Respond to guest requests for service changes and information.
• Handle guest complaints personally or escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment per MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
