Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Banquet Associate to manually set up, break down, and service all meeting rooms to the property’s high standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining storage and back halls, transporting tables/chairs, stocking supplies, and ensuring rooms are ready for the next function. The role requires physical activity and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverage, service standards and etiquette.
• Knowledge of table settings and service ware and room setup styles.

Responsibilities

• Set up all meeting rooms to guest specifications, requiring physical activity with tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Maintain storage rooms and back halls, and break down after events.
• Supply meeting rooms with clean glasses and water.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and adhere to health standards.
• Communicate with supervisor and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist other banquet personnel as needed.
