Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a banquet setup specialist to man­ually set up and service meeting spaces in a hotel environment. The role requires frequent moving of heavy items and adherence to high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities include arranging rooms, breaking down after events, and maintaining cleanliness and restocking supplies. Operational hours include nights and weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits and room discounts.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Knowledge of table settings and service ware for meeting rooms.

Responsibilities

• Set up all meeting rooms per guest specifications, including moving tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Break down rooms after meetings and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for meeting rooms and ballrooms to keep spaces presentable.
• Replenish meeting rooms with glasses and water and assist with cleaning tasks as assigned.
