Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a banquets associate to manually set up, service, and break down all meeting rooms and ballrooms to high hotel standards. This role requires physical activity, frequent movement of tables, chairs, and equipment, and adherence to health and safety procedures.

The position operates with a flexible schedule due to 24/7 hotel operations, and involves coordinating with supervisors to ensure guest satisfaction and event success.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and guest etiquette.
• Ability to understand inquiries and provide simple instructions in English.

Responsabilidades

• Set up all meeting rooms to guest specifications, including layout changes and equipment placement.
• Break down meeting rooms after events and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and ballrooms; adhere to schedule and health standards.
• Assist with serving beverages and replenishing supplies during events; respond to guest needs as required.
