Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Setup Person to prepare, maintain, and break down banquet and event spaces, ensuring tables, chairs, and room layouts meet high presentation standards. You will collaborate with service and Event Sales staff to deliver flawless events and memorable experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, and table settings according to banquet event orders and floor plans.
• Ensure equipment is properly arranged and functional, including interlocking dance floors.
• Tear down and clear tables and chairs after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet rooms and storage areas.
• Support food running and bussing during events.
• Assist service and banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations.
• Engage with members and guests professionally and on last-minute requests.
• Notify management of complaints and practice service recovery.
