Invited is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to oversee all banquet operations, ensuring flawless setup, service, and breakdown with exceptional member and guest experiences. You will manage staffing, training, and adherence to Invited service standards to deliver high-quality events.

You will coordinate with the Event Sales Director, review BEOs, monitor timely service, greet guests, and maintain operational safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in restaurant, banquet, or club-related service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage banquet service staff.
• Coordinate with Event Sales Director for staffing and execution.
• Review BEOs and ensure correct room setups.
• Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
