Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Setup Person to arrange tables, chairs, and room layouts for events, ensuring top presentation and operational readiness. You will collaborate with service and Event Sales teams to execute events smoothly and uphold the club's renowned service standards.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, tear-down, cleanliness, safety, and professional interaction with members and guests, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, and settings per banquet event orders and floor plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet rooms and storage areas.
• Assist service and banquet staff for smooth event operations.
• Work with members and guests to uphold the 3-steps of service and address changes promptly.
