Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules in a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables with silverware and equipment per event orders.
• Maintain quality and service standards.
• Prepare workstations for events.
• Handle guest requests and coordinate with supervisors.
• Communicate with captains, supervisors, and managers.
• Maintain cleanliness of banquet areas and storage spaces.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
• Provide courteous guest interactions and promptly address requests.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
