Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Server to prepare for and serve guests at banquet functions in our hotel venues. You will learn function-specific menus, set up banquet stations, and maintain presentation and sanitation standards throughout service.

Responsibilities include assisting with buffet setup and breakdown, serving beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction while following hotel policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior banquet server experience preferred.
• Must be TIPS, CARE (or equivalent) certified, or become certified by first day on the job.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and set up accordingly.
• Set tables neatly with clean linen, silverware, china and glassware.
• Learn menu items and explain ingredients and preparation to guests.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized station during service.
• Serve and refill beverages, clear tables, and assist in buffet setup and breakdown.
• Follow cash handling and guest check procedures and uphold sanitation guidelines.
