Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and service areas according to event sheets; maintain clean and organized spaces.
• Serve guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen and supervisors to ensure accurate orders and timely service.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper attire as per standards.
• Greet guests warmly and uphold company core values and professionalism.
• Keep track of equipment, supplies, and inventory and report needs.
