Responsibilities

• Assist with table and meeting space prep before events.
• Read and execute all BEO's.
• Set up display stations and bars, arrange food properly.
• Assist with food/buffet prep during events.
• Ensure safe food handling guidelines are followed.
• Deliver food to meeting spaces promptly.
• Serve plated items and beverages to guests.
• Maintain guest focus with aim of 100% satisfaction.
• Assist with post-event cleanup and inventory.
• Communicate with team to ensure efficient service.
