Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is seeking a banquet server to provide table service and hospitality for banquet guests. The role focuses on maintaining an efficient, clean, and professional dining area while upholding service standards.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving accurately, and representing the property with guests and industry organizations. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year of food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Proper uniform and neat appearance required.
• Attendance essential for performance.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Work in banquets to provide table service and hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve accurately with details.
• Represent the hotel professionally to guests and industry contacts.
• Work shifts involving setup, cleanup, and teardown procedures.
• Learn and maintain Health Department standards and wine/menu knowledge.
• Communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
• Other duties as required.
