The Westin Jackson, operated by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a friendly Banquet Server to support our Food & Beverage Department. You will set up banquet events, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction with Crescent’s high standards of service.

You will greet guests, assist with event details, and maintain proper service etiquette throughout each function, while adhering to safety and alcohol service policies. This role offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualificações

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starter with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of food & beverage preparations, service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to manage guest relations and understand menu items.

Responsabilidades

• Set up banquet room with linen, service ware and glassware as instructed by Supervisor.
• Attend roll calls to learn event details and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests professionally.
• Serve food/beverages and clear dishes to maintain consistency throughout the function.
• Follow state, federal and Crescent policies regarding alcohol service.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Reset banquet room for the next function after completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain attendance and be available to work regularly.
