MACON MARRIOTT CITY CENTER is seeking professional banquet service staff to deliver attentive, efficient food and beverage service at events, meetings, receptions, and celebrations.

You will set up banquet spaces, greet guests, serve meals and beverages, and help maintain clean, organized event areas while following safety standards and event procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage service experience preferred, especially in banquet, catering, restaurant, or hospitality settings.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and event procedures.
• Ability to remain professional, composed, and courteous under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying event schedules as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry service items for extended periods.
