Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a banquet bartender to provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service for large events. You will set up bars, prepare drinks, assist servers, and maintain a safe, clean service area throughout functions.

The role requires 1–3 years of high-volume bar experience, a 21+ age minimum for alcohol service, and Safe Server certification. Proactive inventory and strong guest relations are essential to success.

Qualifications

• One to three years of high-volume bar experience required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification required.
• High school or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up bar in banquet rooms prior to each event.
• Prepares drinks for guests and servers for delivery.
• Ensures serve corridor safety by transporting equipment properly.
• Handles bar equipment and linens responsibly.
• Maintains cleanliness of the bar area and disposes of waste.
• Provides opening and closing inventory of spirits.
• Assists servers and bartenders as needed.
• Reads banquet menus and confirms item specifics.
