Azul Hospitality Group is hiring a Banquet Captain to lead the banquet service team, supervise staff, and ensure flawless execution of high-volume events. You will coordinate with catering, sales, and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain service standards.

Requires 1–3 years in banquet service, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Must manage inventory, training, and AV coordination while upholding Azul’s guest-first culture.

• Oversees banquet service operations and events, ensuring details are executed.
• Keeps events on schedule; communicates changes to staff as needed.
• Reviews Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) at start of shift and coordinates AV needs.
• Supervises, coaches, and trains banquet service staff.
• Manages staff shifts, timetables, and training on service etiquette.
• Coordinates with Catering, Sales, and Culinary teams to ensure quality service.
• Attends banquet-related meetings and communicates with meeting planners.
• Maintains inventory of supplies, equipment, and furniture; ensures proper storage.
