Proof of the Pudding provides award-winning catering at the Gas South District Convention Center in Duluth, GA. This part-time role offers $15–$16 per hour and involves event setup, serving, and breakdown across multiple venues within the Gas South region.

Responsibilities include table and buffet setup, precise serving techniques, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area. The role requires strong communication, time management, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a banquet or Front of House role.
• Experience in high volume catering is preferred.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting tables and buffet stations per diagram.
• Serve and clear food and beverage quietly and professionally.
• Maintain clean work area and coordinate with banquet captain.
• Assist with inventory, setup and breakdown of events.
• Report to Banquet Captain to execute flawless events.
